The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on October 26, 2026, has approved the proposal for the appointment of two persons as Judges of the Bombay High Court. Appointment of Ajay Sharma, Judicial Member, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai, and Vaibhav Anant Sugdare, Advocate have been approved by Collegium.
