The Centre has approved the appointment of Shri Yash Paul Bourney as a Judge of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court. Shri Bourney is among 14 judicial officers whose appointments have been approved for the Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Jharkhand and Karnataka High Courts.
