Sama announces 8th Edition of Indian Mediation Week with Two Flagship Events in Mumbai and Delhi

Sama, India’s leading Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, announces the 8th edition of Indian Mediation Week (IMW), to be held in two flagship cities:

• Mumbai: August 1, 2025, at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre, Nariman Point

• Delhi: August 9, 2025, at India International Centre, New Delhi

Building on the success of prior editions which featured thought leaders such as Mr. Cyril Shroff, Mr. Pramod Rao, and prominent international ADR experts, IMW 2025 will convene senior judges, in-house counsels, mediators, arbitrators, and law students for a series of high- impact panel discussions, followed by networking dinners at both venues.

Each session will spotlight real-world enterprise use cases, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge justice-tech integrations. Speakers and moderators will include leading in-house counsel, regulatory experts, and senior members of the judiciary, joined by Sama’s Co- founders and prominent members of India’s ADR community.
