Third Edition of Delhi Arbitration Weekend to be Held from 18th to 21St September, 2025

The Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), under the aegis of the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to announce the third edition of the Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW), scheduled to take place from 18th to 21st September 2025 in New Delhi.

A flagship event in the region’s arbitration calendar, DAW 2025 is set to bring together eminent jurists, international arbitrators, institutional representatives, legal practitioners, policy-makers, and academia from across the globe. The event is designed to foster critical dialogue on recent developments in domestic and international arbitration and aims to position India as a rising hub for commercial arbitration.

The inaugural session will be graced by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Mr. Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai, as the Chief Guest. The session will also feature a keynote address by Mr. Stephen Gageler AC, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia.

With a carefully curated agenda, DAW 2025 will host insightful panel discussions, focused breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, covering themes such as:

The 2025 edition also marks a significant step in the evolution of DAW as a premier arbitration conference in the Asia-Pacific region, with increased participation from global institutions, including SIAC, ICC, ICSID, and PCA.
