On 12th August, 2025, Justice Vimal Kumar Yadav took oath as a judge of the Delhi High Court. The oath was administered by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya.
With his appointment, the working strength of the High Court has increased to 44, against the sanctioned strength of 60 judges.
