The Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Alok Aradhe, has notified that Kolhapur will be an additional place of sitting for Judges and Division Benches of the Bombay High Court, effective August 18, 2025.
The notification, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette (Extraordinary Part IV-C No. 41) dated August 1, 2025, is issued under the powers conferred by Section 51(3) of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956, and with the approval of the Governor of Maharashtra.
