The Advocate General of Maharashtra Dr Birendra Saraf has submitted his resignation today i.e. on 16-09-2025 stating personal reasons and his wish to return to private practice.
Dr Saraf has expressed his desire to step down from the position of Advocate General on 30th of September, 2025 after serving for three years.
