A Delhi court on Thursday acquitted former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in two cases instituted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) over his alleged non-compliance with summons issued in connection with the excise policy case.

The order was passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Paras Dalal of the Rouse Avenue Courts, who held that no further action was warranted against Kejriwal in the summons-related proceedings.
