A Delhi court at Patiala House has granted anticipatory bail to Manish Sharma, National In-Charge of the Indian Youth Congress, in connection with the AI Summit protest case.

While granting relief, the Court directed Sharma to join the investigation and appear before the investigating agency the following day. It further ordered that in the event of his arrest, the Delhi Police must issue a prior notice of seven days, thereby affording him protection against immediate custodial action.
