The Delhi High Court on Friday reserved its order on Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra’s petition challenging the Lokpal of India’s decision granting sanction to the CBI to file a chargesheet against her in the alleged cash-for-query case.

A Division Bench comprising Justice Anil Kshetarpal and Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar noted that arguments had been completed and that the judgment would be delivered later.

The Court also declined to grant any interim relief and refused to stay the Lokpal’s sanction order at this stage.
