The Delhi High Court has reserved its order on a plea seeking cancellation of a Look Out Circular (LoC) issued against a prominent fashion designer, with the order scheduled for 12th December. The case arises from a partnership dispute with Vaishali Ali, which led toan FIR.

The petitioner has consistently cooperated with the investigation, remained in India, and complied with Court directions, including travel to the USA in 2023. Status reports confirm that the complainant failed to produce documents, delaying the investigation, and no charge-sheet has been filed to date.

The Court will now decide on the petitioner’s request to quash the LoC.
