The Delhi High Court granted interim relief to Dabur India Limited by restraining Patanjali Ayurved from airing advertisements that allegedly disparage Dabur’s Chyawanprash product.
The Court allowed Dabur’s interim applications, observing that the ads in question warranted restriction pending further hearing. The Court stated that the applications stood allowed while pronouncing the order.
