Goa Nightclub Fire Case: Delhi Court Grants Goa Police Two-Day Transit Remand of Luthra Brothers

The Patiala House Courts, Delhi granted the Goa Police two-day transit remand of Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, owners of the ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub in North Goa, where a devastating fire earlier this month claimed 25 lives and left several others injured. The order was passed by Judicial Magistrate Twinkle Chawla.

Pursuant to the order, the Luthra brothers will be taken to Goa for further investigation and custodial questioning. They were arrested earlier in the day by the Goa Police after being deported from Thailand.
