Historic International Mediation Conference to be held in Visakhapatnam on 5th September 2025

The Asian Centre for International Arbitration and Mediation (ACIAM), in collaboration with the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (London), Nivaaran (Delhi), International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (Hyderabad) and EXM Law Firm, is set to host a landmark International Mediation Conference on 5th September 2025 at Radisson Blu, Visakhapatnam.

Themed “Bridging Access to Justice through Techniques, Technology & Institutions”, the one-day conference will bring together an exceptional lineup of judges, policymakers, mediators, academics, and industry experts to deliberate on the evolving landscape of mediation in India and globally

3. Role of AI in Mediation – exploring technological innovation, opportunities, and ethical challenges.

4. Institutional Mediation for MSME Disputes – strategies to enhance access and business continuity.

The event aims to highlight mediation as a cost-effective, efficient, and relationship-preserving alternative to litigation and arbitration, at a time when courts face mounting backlogs and businesses seek sustainable solutions.
