Jindal Global hosts Jessup Moot

Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University will be hosting the 67th Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Indian National Qualifying Rounds, on 15 February 2026 on the JGU campus, Sonipat. Widely recognised as the oldest and largest moot court competition in the world, the Jessup brings together the finest young legal minds to argue complex questions of public international law before an eminent global bench.

This year’s India Rounds will see participation from 66 universities, with 300+ student advocates and 250+ judges, making it one of the most competitive and intellectually rigorous national rounds globally. Over three days of intense advocacy, research, and debate, the campus Nyayabhyasa Mandapama of international legal discourse.

The competition will culminate in a grand closing ceremony at the Nyayabhyasa Mandapam, the largest moot court hall in the world which is a fitting stage to celebrate excellence, dedication, and the spirit of international law.
