The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the re-appointment of Justice (Retd.) Ashok Bhushan, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as Chairperson of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
As per the official order issued on 7 November 2025 by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Justice Bhushan will continue to hold office until he attains the age of 70 years, i.e., till 4 July 2026, with a fixed monthly pay of ₹2,50,000.
