Justice Soumen Sen Appointed as Acting Chief Justice Meghalaya High Court

The President has appointed Justice Soumen Sen, currently a Judge of the Calcutta High Court, to perform the duties of Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court under Article 217 (1) of the Constitution of India. His appointment will take effect from the date he assumes charge of office.
