Advocate Anil Mishra has suffered a major setback in the case related to the burning of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s photograph.

The counsel for Petitioner Adv JP Mishra has called the detention as illegal.

The Magistrate Court rejected his bail application due to lack of powers in the case and ordered that he be sent to judicial custody. Along with Mishra, 3 other accused were also remanded to jail.
