A domestic violence case filed by Bollywood actor Celina Jaitly against her husband Peter Haag before the Court of Sh. S.C. Tadye, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri, for verification and issuance of notice.

Upon taking up the matter, the Court verified the complaint and issued notice to Peter Haag, directing him to appear on December 12, 2025.

The complainant has sought Rs 50 crore compensation under the Domestic Violence Act. She has also sought compensation for loss of earnings and other monetary losses arising from the alleged acts of domestic violence, along with reimbursement of medical and incidental costs.
