The Allahabad High Court (Lucknow Bench) has permitted 123 students of KMC Nursing and Paramedic Institute, who missed the online submission deadline for examination forms due to inadvertent delay, to submit their forms manually. The extended online deadline had expired on 31 July 2025, and the students’ fee submission was incomplete despite their efforts.
During the hearing, the Additional Advocate General informed the court that, as a last measure, physical forms along with consolidated demand drafts (payable to the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Lucknow) will be accepted from 18–21 August 2025 through the institute. The court directed that these forms be processed to enable the students to appear in examinations commencing 9 September 2025.
The bench also instructed that similarly placed students be given the same facility if they submit their forms within the specified dates, with the necessary notification to be published on the portal. However, it clarified that this would be the last opportunity, warning institutes against future negligence. The court recorded appreciation for the cooperative stance of the counsels involved.
