The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on 24 March 2026, has approved the proposal for appointment of three Additional Judges of the Madras High Court as Permanent Judges.
The Collegium cleared the names of Justice R. Poornima, Justice M. Jothiraman, and Dr. (Smt.) Justice Augustine Devadoss Maria Clete for elevation to permanent judgeship.
