Supreme Court Designates 7 Former High Court Judges as Senior Advocates

The Supreme Court of India has designated seven former High Court judges as Senior Advocates, following a Full Court meeting held on 18 March 2026. The designation comes into effect from 18 March 2026.

List of Designated Senior Advocates

• Justice Anupinder Singh Grewal – Former Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court

• Justice Harsha Nathalal Devani – Former Judge, Gujarat High Court

• Justice M.S. Ramesh – Former Judge, Madras High Court

• Justice Mauna M. Bhatt – Former Judge, Gujarat High Court

• Justice R.N. Manjula – Former Judge, Madras High Court

• Justice Umesh Chandra Dhyani – Former Judge, Uttarakhand High Court

• Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul – Former Judge, J&K and Ladakh High Court
