Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors (C&M) has promoted Natasha Tuli and Shreya Gupta to its partnership, strengthening its senior bench across corporate transactions and technology regulation. The promotions bring the firm’s partnership to 20 partners.

The induction of Natasha and Shreya reflects the firm’s ongoing strategy of strengthening its leadership bench to support increasing client demand and a widening range of complex mandates.

Natasha Tuli – Partner, Corporate & M&A

Based in New Delhi, Natasha joins the partnership in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. With over 17 years of experience, she is a trusted adviser to corporates, investors, NBFCs, and financial institutions on complex transactional and advisory matters.

Natasha has led several high-value and strategically significant mandates across sectors including technology, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, life sciences, and renewable energy. Her practice spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, and governance advisory.

She also brings deep expertise in debt structuring, loan documentation, and security creation, having represented both lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financing arrangements. Prior to joining C&M, Natasha held senior positions at leading Indian law firms and worked in-house with global organisations in the United Kingdom, giving her a well-rounded international and commercial perspective.

Shreya Gupta – Partner, Data Privacy, Cyber Security & Technology

Based in Mumbai, Shreya joins the partnership in the firm’s Data Privacy, Cyber Security and Technology practice, one of the fastest-growing areas of legal advisory today. She is widely regarded for her work at the intersection of law, technology, and regulation.

Shreya regularly advises Indian and multinational companies, including technology companies, fintechs, start-ups, and global corporations, on data protection, privacy compliance, cybersecurity, and technology risk management. Her expertise covers compliance with the DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, and other global data protection regimes, as well as cross-border data transfers and privacy strategy.

Having previously held global privacy and compliance roles with international organisations, Shreya brings a distinctive blend of in-house and advisory experience. She is also actively engaged in industry initiatives and contributes to the development of best practices in the evolving privacy and technology landscape.
