Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has filed an application before the Delhi High Court seeking recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing proceedings in the alleged liquor policy corruption case.

The application has been filed in the petition instituted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which challenges Kejriwal’s discharge in the case.

The matter is listed today before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma.

Notably, Kejriwal has moved the application in person and is likely to argue the plea himself before the Court.
