A Special Leave Petition has been filed in the Supreme Court by advocates Anjale Patel and Pooja Shilpkar through Advocate-on-Record Sanjeev Malhotra seeking cancellation of bail granted to Kuldeep Senger in relation to Unnao rape case.

The plea urges Supreme court to exercise its jurisdiction to cancel the bail, contending that the High Court order warrants interference. The matter is expected to be listed for consideration in accordance with Supreme Court procedure.
