The Supreme Court has permitted the filing of review petitions against its decision dated May 20, 2025, which mandated a minimum of three years’ practice requirement for eligibility in the Judicial Services Examinations.
The Bench of Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, Justice Augustine George Masih and Justice K Vinod Chandran allowed the matters to be heard in open court. The Court issued notice, tagged two other matters to this case and listed the matter on February 26, 2026.
