TMC Nominates Sr Adv Menaka Guruswamy for Rajya Sabha

The Trinamool Congress (TMC) on Friday (February 27, 2026) announced its list of candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections, fielding a mix of political leaders, administrators and public figures.

Among those nominated are Union Minister Babul Supriyo, former West Bengal Director General of Police Rajeev Kumar, senior advocate Menaka Guruswamy and actor Koel Mallick.
