Dentons Link Legal acted as lenders’ legal counsel to Aditya Birla Capital Limited in connection with the extension of financial assistance to AMPIN Power Generation Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of AMPIN Energy Transition Limited, for the refinancing of its operational renewable energy portfolio. The financing was extended for the refinancing of existing project debt associated with a geographically diversified operational rooftop solar portfolio across West Bengal, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Telangana.

The Firm provided end-to-end legal support on the transaction, including advising on the financing structure and assisting with the drafting, negotiation, finalisation and execution of the financing and security documentation.
