The Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, has appointed advocates Jagdish Chandra and Jivesh Kumar Tiwari as Deputy Solicitors General of India (DSGIs) for the Delhi High Court.
According to an order dated 22 June 2026, issued by the Judicial Section of the Department of Legal Affairs, the President has approved their engagement for a period of three years from the date of the order or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
