The Supreme Court has issued notice on a writ petition filed by Energy Watchdog concerning the regular appointment of members in the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) and directed the Standing Counsel to obtain instructions regarding the appointment of the Chairperson and other Members of the Commission.
