Vyapak Desai, FCIArb, has joined 4 Pump Court as an Associate Member, further strengthening its international disputes and arbitration offering.
Vyapak is a highly regarded disputes lawyer with extensive experience in international commercial arbitration, investment treaty disputes, and complex cross-border litigation. Based in India, he regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and specialist tribunals, and has acted as counsel in arbitrations under leading international institutional and ad hoc rules, including LCIA, SIAC, ICC, ICDR-AAA, MCIA, and UNCITRAL.
His practice spans a diverse range of sectors, including technology, cryptocurrency, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, franchising, oil and gas, insurance, and financial services. In addition to his counsel practice, Vyapak also sits as an arbitrator and is a trained mediator.
Vyapak’s work has earned widespread recognition in the legal industry.
