ANB Legal has announced its merger with Lexentra and the induction of Lexentra founder Pranav Khatavkar as a Partner, in a move aimed at strengthening the firm’s Banking and Finance practice.
Pranav Khatavkar has extensive experience advising banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, asset reconstruction companies and fintech companies on lending transactions, securitisation, restructuring, structured finance, cross-border transactions and regulatory matters. His induction is expected to further enhance the range and depth of ANB Legal’s Banking and Finance offerings.
