Ankita Kumar will join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner with her team in the Corporate Practice focusing on Aviation, Aerospace, and Defence sectors at the New Delhi office.
Ankita advises clients across the civil and general aviation, advanced air mobility, NewSpace and defence sectors on a broad range of regulatory, transactional and strategic matters, including several high-value and cross-border mandates. Her experience spans both leading law firms and several years as part of the in-house legal team at IndiGo Airlines. Her work includes aircraft acquisition and leasing, financing transactions, M&A and joint ventures, airport development and operations, defence procurement, manufacturing and supply-chain arrangements, and sector-specific policy and compliance issues. She is recognised for delivering commercially focused solutions in these highly regulated industries.
