The Central Government on Friday notified the appointment of 30 judges across four High Courts, including five permanent judges of the Madras High Court and 25 additional judges for the Madras, Calcutta, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh High Courts, pursuant to the recommendations of the Supreme Court Collegium.

Madras High Court

The Centre has appointed 15 judges to the Madras High Court, elevating five advocates as permanent Judges and appointing ten Additional Judges, comprising three advocates and seven judicial officers.
