Centre Notifies Appointment of Six Additional Judges as Permanent Judges of Bombay High Court

Bombay High Court Judges Appointment

The Union Government has notified the appointment of six Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court as permanent Judges under Article 217(1) of the Constitution of India.

As per the notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice on 6 June 2026Justices Nivedita Prakash Mehta, Prafulla Surendrakumar Khubalkar, Ashwin Damodar Bhobe, Rohit Vasudeo Joshi, Advait Mahendra Sethna, and Pravin Sheshrao Patil have been appointed as Judges of the Bombay High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
