The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to entertain a plea highlighting the ongoing student protest over the alleged NEET paper leak, after the petitioner told the Court that students protesting at Jantar Mantar had been subjected to police brutality, where tear gas and lathi-charge have been used.
The petitioner urged the Bench to intervene, saying the protest raised serious concerns about the fairness of government-conducted examinations. He also sought the dissolution of the National Testing Agency (NTA), alleging repeated failures in conducting examinations.
Pointing to the alleged police action, the petitioner said he had videos showing what had happened during the protest.

The Chief Justice, however, declined to look at the videos and said:
CJI: “Thank you very much… We are not interested in videos. We don’t have time to watch videos.”
