The Delhi High Court has, with immediate effect, designated a new Special Fast-Track Court to exclusively try offences under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, along with connected offences.
Ms. Anu Grover Baliga, who was serving as Judge-in-Charge, Mediation Centre, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, has been transferred and posted as Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-25 at the Rouse Avenue Court Complex. She will preside over the newly designated Fast-Track Court constituted to deal with cases arising under the 2024 anti-exam malpractice law.
The transfer has been made with immediate effect pursuant to orders of the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court.
