ELP Partners Restructuring After Separation

ELP Advocates & Solicitors is likely to undergo a significant internal restructuring following the separation of its Tax & Trade practice, The Bar Bulletin has learnt from sources familiar with the development.

According to sources, the entire Tax & Trade team is expected to move, with senior partners Rohit Jain, Nishant Shah and Sanjay Notani also likely to move. The development is expected to trigger a broader realignment of ELP’s leadership and practice structure. Deputy Managing Partner Rohit Jain is likely to join Dhruva Tax Consultancy which might be merged with ELP.

While the separation is understood to be in advanced stages, ELP Advocates & Solicitors has not made any official announcement regarding the restructuring or the reported movement of the team.
