The Gujarat High Court, in collaboration with the Gujarat High Court Arbitration Centre (GHAC), will organise a three-day “GHAC Arbitration Week 2026” from September 4 to 6 at GIFT City Club, Gandhinagar, bringing together serving and former judges, senior advocates, law officers, arbitrators and international arbitration practitioners.
The event will be held on the theme “Building Gujarat’s Institutional Arbitration Ecosystem” and will focus on strengthening institutional arbitration and examining emerging issues in domestic and international dispute resolution.

Opening Ceremony: September 3
The Opening Ceremony of GHAC Arbitration Week 2026 will be held on September 3, 2026, from 7:00 PM onwards. The three-day programme will thereafter run from September 4 to 6, 2026, at the GIFT City Club, Gandhinagar, on the theme “Building Gujarat’s Institutional Arbitration Ecosystem.”
