Abhirup Dasgupta has announced his decision to part ways with HSA Advocates to establish his own independent chambers, marking a significant move in the insolvency and commercial litigation space.

With over 17 years of experience, Dasgupta has built a strong practice specialising in insolvency and bankruptcy litigation, commercial disputes, banking and finance litigation, as well as oppression and mismanagement matters. He regularly represents lenders, promoters, resolution professionals, acquirers, and other stakeholders before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), High Courts, and the Supreme Court.

Beyond litigation, Dasgupta is also actively engaged in academia and frequently delivers guest lectures on insolvency and debt recovery laws at various institutions and professional forums.

His newly established chambers will be based in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, and will continue to focus on complex commercial and insolvency-related disputes.
