The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Justice (Retd.) Anupinder Singh Grewal as the President of the National Company Law Tribunal. A former judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Grewal will hold office for a term of five years from the date of assuming charge, or until attaining the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
