A Tier 1 Law Firm has terminated one of its partners after he was booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in connection with allegations involving his minor daughter.
The Partner’s services have been terminated with immediate effect following registration of a First Information Report (FIR) earlier this year under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act, based on a complaint filed by the child’s mother.
