Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) Disputes Partner and Head of International Arbitration, Shaneen Parikh, has stepped down from the firm.
Parikh brings over three decades of experience in dispute resolution and arbitration. She is dual-qualified as a solicitor in India and in England & Wales, and is also an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. Additionally, she is a registered foreign lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court.
Her practice has been focused on international arbitration, where she has represented clients across institutional and ad hoc proceedings. Parikh has been associated with several leading arbitral bodies, currently serving as Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. She is also a member of the Council of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) and an ambassador of the Asia Pacific Arbitration Group of the International Bar Association (IBA).
She previously served on the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) from 2018 to 2022.
