Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as Indian legal counsel to Moneyview Limited on its initial public offering aggregating to ₹1,091.68 crore. The IPO comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the promoters and certain institutional investors, including affiliates of Tiger Global, Accel and Ribbit Capital, among others.
Moneyview is a digital-only, credit-led financial services platform for Middle India customers, being households with an annual income of ₹300,000–₹1,100,000. The platform provides access to a full suite of financial products through a network of financial partners, including banks, NBFCs, insurance providers and other entities, through the Moneyview mobile application. As of June 30, 2026, Moneyview had 140.28 million registered users and 48 financial partners across 9 product offerings.
The IPO was subscribed over 98 times overall, with the qualified institutional buyer component subscribed over 227 times, the non-institutional investor component subscribed over 115 times and the retail individual investor component subscribed over 19 times.
With this listing, SAM continues its track record across fintech IPOs in India, having advised Groww, One97 Communications (Paytm), PB Fintech (Policybazaar), Turtlemint, SBI Cards and Payments, and now Moneyview, all as company counsel.
