The Madhya Pradesh High Court has vacated its interim stay on the conduct of the MPPSC State Services Examination (SSE)-2025 Main Examination, clearing the way for approximately 4,000 candidates who qualified the preliminary examination to appear for the mains after a year-long delay.
A Division Bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Vivek Rusia and Justice Pradeep Mittal passed the order on Thursday while hearing a batch of petitions challenging certain provisions and procedures governing the examination process.
With the interim stay lifted, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) can now proceed with the main examination, enabling successful preliminary candidates to compete for prestigious state civil service posts, including Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Tehsildar, and other administrative positions.
