NCLT Issues Notice to Skootr Global on PG Infracon’s Insolvency Plea Under Section 9 IBC

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, has issued notice to Skootr Global Private Limited in a petition filed by PG Infracon Private Limited under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The Bench comprising Acting President Bachu Venkat Balaram Das and Member (Technical) Ravindra Chaturvedi heard submissions on behalf of the petitioner and directed that notice be served upon the respondent through all permissible modes. The petitioner has been instructed to file proof of service along with an affidavit within one week.

The Tribunal further directed the respondent to file its reply within one week from the date of receipt of notice. Liberty has been granted to the petitioner to file a rejoinder, if any, within one week thereafter. Additionally, the petitioner has been directed to place a hard copy of the petition on record before the next date of hearing.

The matter has been listed for further hearing on 2 June 2026.
