The Supreme Court Collegium has approved the proposal for the appointment of Shri Amit Lahoti, Advocate, as a Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium held on June 2, 2026.

A statement issued by the Collegium notified that it had cleared Amit Lahoti’s name for elevation to the Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The recommendation will now be forwarded to the Central Government for further processing and issuance of the appointment warrant.
