Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised Hillhouse, Alta Capital and Elevate Campuses Limited (“ECL”) (formerly known as Good Host Spaces Limited) on ECL’s initial public offering of its equity shares aggregating to approximately ₹21,000.00 million (USD 218.61 million).

ECL owns, operates and manages on-campus student accommodation across higher education institutions and own K-12 Assets. As of March 31, 2026, they are present across 15 cities in India and one city in the United Arab Emirates. It is one of the largest institutional platforms in India focused on professionally managed student accommodation as of June 15, 2026. ECL is India’s first educational infrastructure provider to list in the public markets.
