The Supreme Court has initiated re-evaluation of answer scripts of 8,229 candidates who appeared in the Part-I paper of the Law Clerks-cum-Research Associates Examination, 2026.

In a notification dated April 22, 2026, the Court informed that the re-evaluation process is currently underway and advised candidates to await further updates.

The Bar Bulletin Team raised the concerns over alleged discrepancies in the evaluation of the Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates Examination conducted by the Supreme Court of India, with multiple candidates pointing to significant variations between marks calculated using the official answer key and those reflected in final scorecards.
