Trilegal has appointed Sandeep Ghosh as its first Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking an important milestone in the firm’s evolution as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

Sandeep is a seasoned business leader who brings more than three decades of experience across global banking & financial services, consumer, and advisory sectors, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation, building client-focused businesses, and driving operational excellence across complex, multi-market environments. Most recently, he was the Group Country Manager, India and South Asia at Visa. He has held senior leadership roles at EY, AXA, ANZ and Citi, where he led strategic change, scaled businesses, and strengthened competitive positioning.
